Porcine on Oxford street is a serious French bistro which sources, invents, and serves up all things pig! Porcine has created an exotic and impressive menu which offers a combination of French classics and reassuring pub choices. There is no part of the pig they don’t use. An utterly startling but good food experience.

A busy and very popular pizza establishment at 180 Oxford Street, Love Supreme is renounced for organic pizzas made with simple, clean ingredients and which achieve the perfect balance of taste and aroma. Their menu has a wild side to it – imagine a Mt Zero farm chickpeas, kale, chilli, and goat curd pizza.

William Street is a glowing little Italian bistro which houses a beautiful wine bar. The menu changes with the seasons, so you’ll be surprised every time you come back, or as the locals say, come home. It’s lively and busy with constant bar and table activity. Simply everything here, whether focaccia, salad, quail, or mussels, is prepared lovingly.

The outrageous Saint Peter offers a menu “full of questions” because every choice will be a puzzle and an exciting one. Eat in or takeaway. A changing set menu showcases exciting sustainable sourced dishes. Imagine: “Charcoal Flounder Chop Pine Mushrooms & Sauce of Its Bones”. The chef loves a conversation, so ask away.

An authentic Italian pizzeria on Oxford Street, Italian Bar brothers, Filippo and Simone, have created a small piece of Italy where the pizzas are to die for and the drinks are to live for. Begin with a drink and a simple FOCACCIA CON AGLIO and from there just don’t stop. Takeaway and delivery available.

The Cipri Italian is a restaurant on Elizabeth Street known for its delightful, gourmet cuisine, and its Italian hospitality. This restaurant is the pride of an entire family. The menu includes a fresh fusion of traditional and contemporary dishes such as the iconic Thyme pappardelle, slow braised duck & mushroom ragu.

Barbetta is a fresh, cheerful and handmade drop in sort of place whether for breakfast lunch or dinner and offers a whole different approach to its owners other establishment, the Cipri Italian. The interior is colourful and light, spacious and accommodating for groups. They also offer workshops and classes – for children and adults.

The Sea Cow is a bustling airy corner gourmet fish and chips place on Boundary Street. Go there if you want something fresh and quick because it caters well for people on the go. The menu includes all the favourites (battered or grilled), and fish soup, fish curry, salads and a nice selection of wines and beers.
110D Boundary St, Paddington
A modern Thai restaurant named lovingly after its owner’s daughter, Chubby Cheeks offers Thai and East Asian influenced dishes (think Tinder Creek Roast Duck) and is open for lunch or dinner (with BYO wine available). The selection is generally not too expensive and offers vegan and vegetarian choices along with fun modern cocktails.

A lovely dine in restaurant in Paddington (entry on William Street) with an impeccable Italian menu (antipasti, pasta, ragu, meat and fish dishes, salads, and delectable desserts) and a lovingly prepared “bambini menu”. IL BARETTO has been on Oxford Street since 1999. There’s no takeaway available but they do offer gift vouchers, which you can order online.

Rustic Italian meals and pizza in charming surroundings on Glenmore road. Vino E Cucina somehow use a few unpretentious ingredients to provoke fresh and singing flavours. Take for example, the Caprese, a refreshing salad with soft and creamy mozzarella, with every simple ingredient present and doing its job. A tender and authentic menu and attentive service.

A pub with history, the Four In Hand was saved by locals some years ago after it was earmarked to be demolished for apartments, and which changed hands again in 2020. The place is known for steady inexpensive Australian pub fare, and for working hard on a good wine list.

A pub on Oxford St with a warm textured interior sectioned into contrasting spaces. They showcase hearty fare along with lighter meals, which they present proudly and with creativity and flair. They also boast an inspiring late night menu for the night owls; you’ll never feel unwelcome at The Paddington.

Mr T is a Vietnamese restaurant on Glenmore Road, with a fresh and fragrant delivery of premium Vietnamese dishes along with a full wine and cocktail menu. Mr T Paddington is a soft and lit up golden little place, available for lunch, takeaway and functions. Do not miss the clay pot cooked yellow curry duck!

A light and vibrant drop-in sort of place with a regular fast burger and pizza menu each day, the London is known for really impressive daily specials, but also for solid regular and steak night menus. The London Hotel won a nice “neighbourhood gem” tag because it caters so warmly for groups.

There’s nothing over complicated here, rather you’ll find each dish to be satisfying, generous, and earthy. The establishment is cosy and home like; even the tables are nostalgic. You’ll need to make a reservation. You’ll feel at home.

Buon Ricordo, meaning “good memory” in Italian, is an Italian restaurant which opened in 1987 and which, by “paying homage to good memories”, has delighted local and national and international foodies ever since. They serve traditional Neapolitan food, including such peace offerings such as the thinly sliced Hiramasa kingfish, marinated in gin, vermouth, candied orange and campari crystals. Enough said.
