St. Andrew's Cathedral

St Andrew's is the mother church of the Diocese of Sydney. The Diocese has a long tradition of being evangelical and this is reflected in the life of the Cathedral. We seek to maintain the highest standards of Bible teaching and music.

We have close links with St Andrew's Cathedral School and Moore Theological College.

The Cathedral's vision is:

To see Christ honoured as Lord and Saviour in every community.

The Cathedral's mission:

We commit ourselves afresh, in prayerful dependence on the Holy Spirit, to glorify God and love our neighbour by proclaiming the Lord Jesus Christ, calling people to repent and living lives worthy of him.

We are located at the heart of the Sydney CBD, at the corner of George and Bathurst Streets (see map).

We are a diverse church, and we welcome people from all walks of life and backgrounds in our many congregations. There are many ways to be involved in our church ministries, and we hope you will come and join us.
