Busshari opened in 2006 and specialises in Japanese style seafood including sashimi, sushi, oysters and tempura. Nobuyuki Ito, the Executive Chef of Busshari fuses original flavours together in order to create unique, flavoursome dishes which are enhanced by his creative presentation.
